1999
Code Factory releases its first computer game for the blind. Over the course of the next 4 years more than 15 games are released.
2003
Mobile Accessibility for Symbian. First affordable solution that allows the blind and visually impaired to use a mobile phone.
2004
Mobile Speak for Symbian, a fully-fledged screen reader, is launched in 20 countries. Its continued success encourages Code Factory to expand and develop into other platforms and markets.
2005
Mobile Operators SFR (France) and TMN (Portugal) sign up as Code Factory customers.

Code Factory releases the first touch-based screen reader. Mobile Speak for Windows Mobile Pocket PCs supports the most popular PDAs.

Mobile Magnifier for Symbian is launched.
2006
Vodafone starts offering Mobile Speak to its customers.

Mobile Speak adds support for Windows Mobile Smartphones.

Mobile Magnifier for Pocket PCs: the world’s first screen magnification software for the Windows Mobile Pocket PC platform.
2007
Nokia partners with Code Factory to improve the accessibility of its mobile devices.

AT&T (United States) and Movistar (Spain) become distributors of Code Factory products.

Mobile Magnifier for Windows Mobile Smartphones is released.
2008
BlackBerry, HumanWare and Code Factory partner to bring accessibility to the BlackBerry platform.

Telecom Italia starts offering Code Factory’s products.

Code Factory receives the American Foundation for the Blind Access Award. This award acknowledges Code Factory’s work in providing unique eyes-free access to smartphones.
2009
Mobile Geo is awarded the CES Best of Innovations by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA).

Vodafone Speak, a customized version of Code Factory’s Mobile Speak, is introduced by Vodafone. It is the first product of its kind to be offered over-the-air.
2010
Etisalat, the Middle East’s leading telecommunications operator, joins Code Factory’s carrier distribution network.
2011
Nokia Screen Reader is released. Code Factory supplies Nokia with a branded version of Mobile Speak.

Mobile Accessibility goes Android. This is Code Factory’s first application for the Android platform.

Code Factory is invited to Google IO’s Developer Sandbox to demonstrate Mobile Accessibility.
2012
Sprint and Verizon become distributors of Code Factory’s products in the United States.

Code Factory brings the first Braille interface to Android.
2013
Microsoft and Code Factory partner to bring accessibility to the Windows Phone platform.
2014
Code Factory becomes Master Distributor of Nuance® Communications speech technology.

Eloquence for Android is released, bringing one of the most popular speech synthesizers to the Android platform.
