1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing, activating, or using Eloquence Text To Speech for Android (“Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Code Factory Global SL (“Code Factory”).

2. LICENSE GRANT

Code Factory grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on supported Android devices, subject to your compliance with this Agreement and your active subscription. The Software is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & FREE TRIAL

The Software is accessible only through a valid subscription, managed via Adapty. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are managed through the Google Play Store and Adapty.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software, except for a single backup copy.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
  • Use the Software to generate audio for commercial, marketing, or promotional purposes, or for third-party services, applications, or devices.
  • Share, resell, or transfer your subscription or activation credentials.

5. OWNERSHIP

The Software and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Code Factory Global SL. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Software uses third-party services, including Adapty and Google Play Services, for subscription management and analytics. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Code Factory disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risks arising from use of the Software.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.

9. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

10. DATA & PRIVACY

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

Instructions for data deletion requests are provided in the Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain and applicable international treaties.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, it shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Code Factory regarding the Software.
